AI Deleted 1,015 Dead files \ 12,026 Lines

Finding and deleting dead code has been an unsolvable problem for my guild. We tried some clever tricks like "Reaper" and comparing R8 usages vs mappings, but we weren't really having much luck.

Recently I decided to just ask my Firebender + Claude Opus 4.5 if it was able to find dead code. It's first attempt had lots of false positives, so I asked it to update my local collection of cursor rules (which Firebender honors) to not make those same mistakes. It took a few days of trial and error, but Firebender swept our entire 1600 module project and found 1,015 dead files for a total of 12,026 lines deleted (including 6 dead modules!).

Not too shabby!

After my last PR merges, I'll do another sweep, and I predict that it finds even more.
